Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

In the rare case that you receive a faulty or damaged product, please send a photo of the faulty/damaged item along with your order number to hello@envicosmetics.com.au

This must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order in order to receive a replacement. 

*Please note that our lashes are all handmade and can vary slightly from pair to pair. The discrepancy of hair placement does not constitute damage and instead is part of the uniqueness of the lashes.

Returning an item

 

Allergy Patch Test

Unfortunately, we have a strict no return, refund or exchange policy. If you have allergies or are sensitive to some cosmetic ingredients, we recommend applying a patch test to your skin first. Due to hygiene purposes Envi Cosmetics are not permitted to provide a refund or exchange for change of mind.

Once you have received your parcel, the sale is final, unless the item is faulty or damaged. If you have received a damaged/faulty item, we want to make it right! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and send us a photo and description of damage/faulty item along with the order details to hello@envicosmetics.com.au with subject: Damage/faulty Goods - Invoice # 00000. Damaged/faulty product must have not been worn/used. Must provide original packaging.

Envi Cosmetics takes great care in packaging your items to minimise the possibility of damage in transit. In the rare event that you have received a damaged parcel please email your order details and a photo to hello@envicosmetics.com.au .

Please note that we are not accountable for any damage that may occur during transit.

To complete your claim, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, minus shipping costs and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will need to do the following actions:

You MUST keep the original delivery box from your order and packaging (including plastic sleeves or cases) and MUST submit an email within 7 days of receiving your order from Envi Cosmetics.

When submitting an email you MUST provide photos of the damage when it arrived via email to hello@envicosmetics.com.au

lodge a return please complete the following steps:

  1. Contact must be made with Envi Cosmetics within 7 days of receiving your order. Lodge your issue, supply photos of the issue and include your order number and full name, so we can handle the matter more efficiently.
  2. We will then require the item to be sent back to us for viewing to determine complaint and confirmation of the return of the product.
  3. Once we receive the goods we will allocate a replacement or a refund for a faulty item. Goods must be shipped back to us in original packaging and at the customer's expense.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and action all necessary steps above. If the item is further damaged due to inefficient packaging it will be at our discretion, whether we will offer a refund or replacement.

If returning from OUTSIDE of Australia, you must ensure the value on the parcel is listed as “ZERO” and CLEARLY write "RETURNED GOODS" on the customs form and the parcel itself as we will not accept parcels that incur duty charges.
