Where are you located and what currency is the pricing?
We are located in Perth, Western Australia and our prices are in AUD dollars. You can convert the total cost into your own currency at the top right corner of our website.

The conversion will automatically occur during checkout.

How do I place an order if I'm an international customer?

Please email your order through to our customer service team and they will send an invoice for payment. 

How long is your processing time?

We process all orders usually within 24 hours, there may be time delays through busy periods and seasonal periods.

Yes, we use Geotrust. So all your personal information is protected.

Is Envi Cosmetics A Cruelty-Free Brand?

Yes, all our products are 100% cruelty-free. Majority of our makeup products are also paraben free also. All ingredients are listed for every item sold on our website, for your reference.

I already made a purchase and want to add another product to the order can you add the items together?

Please note we will add orders together if the first order has been not yet been initiated for shipment. Additional costs may occur depending on weight.

Can I return or exchange an item?
All sales are final and no returns or refunds will be accepted unless you receive the wrong or faulty item, so please choose carefully.
