    If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still use PayPal with your credit card without making a login. PayPal is very safe, more information can be found here: https://www.paypal.com

    DISCOUNT CODES

    You can only use a single discount code per order, you enter the code when you checkout. It will be around the same time as you enter your shipping address after selecting 'proceed to checkout'. If you are on a mobile device you will need to click ''Show Order Summary' to reveal the area where you enter the codes.

    FAULTY PRODUCTS

    Should your item be faulty upon arrival please contact us immediately. Please follow the returns steps to help us solve your problem efficiently.

    FREIGHT DAMAGE
    Any freight damage needs to be communicated to us within 24 hours upon receiving the package, so we can get in contact with Australia Post/Courier Company. Please keep all of the packaging, as the courier company will want to see this also.

    INCORRECT ADDRESS/RETURN TO SENDER

    Please double check your address on PayPal and our checkout page before confirming your order, we use the shipping address entered on our website for delivery details.

    If a package is sent back to us because the address you supply us with is incorrect or if your parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, you are required to pay for the 2nd shipping fee. Please see our shipping page for more information.

    CUSTOMS

    We have found that very rarely, customers can be charged fees from their own country for buying products online. Unfortunately Envi Cosmetics cannot take responsibility of any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the order. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you how much these would be, as these fees vary widely from country to country.

    We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering goods online, so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges.

    If your package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, there are two options:

    You can pay additional shipping to resend your goods

    We can issue you a refund for the purchase minus all shipping costs, this option is at our discretion.

    FINAL SALE

    All sales are final and are non-returnable, unless the item is deemed faulty. All sale items are end of line and will not be restocked or repeated and are therefore discounted accordingly.

    PRICE INCREASES
    Products and/or shipping costs on the website are subject to price increases at any time and will be at the discretion of Envi Cosmetics.
