Postage: 

All goods will be shipped via Australia Post or Courier Services. Once payment has been received, we will endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

All orders will be provided with a tracking number for all shipments. The tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.

Domestic Shipping

Small 500g parcels start at $9 for standard post and $12 for 500g Express Post - all shipping costs will be displayed during check out before paying for your order.

Please allow 5 - 7 Business Days for delivery.

FREE SHIPPING on Australian & New Zealand Orders over $150, we may choose to opt for a courier provider, so if a PO Box is given as a delivery address, we may contact you to offer a residential or business address due to couriers not delivering to PO BOXES.

International Shipping

YES, we do - $25 flat fee for standard postage. All international orders may take 4 -14 Business Days.

*Please note there is a weight restriction with International orders.

CUSTOMS AND DUTY CHARGES:

Please be aware that customs charges are outside of our control and may be charged on international orders. Customs charges and duty charges are the responsibility of the customer and they will not be refunded or covered by Envi Cosmetics.

By making a purchase form Envi Cosmetics you agree that payment of customs charges and duty charges are your responsibility.

How long does it take to process my order:

Processing Times:

All orders are processed Monday through Friday and are within 24 - 72 hours of payment being received and cleared. This does exclude weekends and public holidays. For example; if you make a purchase on Friday, your item will not be processed until the business day.

Order Dispatch:

Once your parcel has been collected by our postal service it is out of our control for a guaranteed delivery time. Please ensure you or someone is home for the parcel delivery, with our courier post service. You will always receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.

Order Errors:

If you have any problems with your order please contact us. Please ensure you quote the order number eg, #1000 and your full name the order was placed under, so we can look into the matter more efficiently.

Wrong Address/ Non-Collection

If the parcel is sent back to us due to non-collection or wrong shipping address you will be required to pay for reshipping to get it dispatched for a second time.

No Tracking Information:

Your tracking number will be emailed to you, once your order has been processed. If the number is not yet working, please wait for 24hrs as postal services can sometimes take time to scan your parcel.

Please also ensure you track your parcel when a tracking number has been supplied. If you haven't received a confirmation order with a tracking number in your inbox, please don't forget to check your spam inbox.
