Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items for a change of mind. If you receive an item damaged or faulty we will, of course, send a replacement or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us within 7 days.
Please note that we are not accountable for any damage that may occur during transit.
To complete your claim, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and action all necessary steps below.
If returning from OUTSIDE of Australia, you must ensure the value on the parcel is listed as “ZERO” and you CLEARLY write "RETURNED GOODS" on the customs form and the parcel itself as we will not accept parcels that incur duty charges.
You will need to do the following actions:
You MUST keep the original delivery box from your order and packaging (including plastic sleeves or cases) and MUST submit an email within 3 days of receiving your order from Envi Cosmetics.
When submitting an email you MUST provide photos of the damage when it arrived via email to email@example.com
Contact must be made with Envi Cosmetics within 24hrs of receiving your order. Lodge your issue, supply photos of the issue and include your order number and full name, so we can handle the matter more efficiently.
We will then require the item to be sent back to us for viewing to determine complaint and confirmation of the return of the product.
- Once we receive the goods we will allocate a replacement or a refund for a faulty item. Goods must be shipped back to us in original packaging and at the customer's expense.
